Refund Policy | Thinkable

1. General Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and the artists, speakers, and venues we work with. All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund of the ticket price. Booking fees are non-refundable.

• Within 7 days of the event: Refunds are generally not available, but we may offer a credit towards a future event at our discretion.

• After the event: No refunds are available for events that have already taken place.

3. Event Cancellations

If Thinkable cancels an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund, including booking fees. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement. After this period, standard refund terms apply.

5. Membership Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to all benefits until the end of your current billing period. Pro-rata refunds may be considered within the first 14 days of a new subscription.

6. Booking Fees

The $4.95 per ticket booking fee covers the cost of payment processing, e-ticket generation, and platform maintenance. Booking fees are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by Thinkable.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

8. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under consumer protection legislation, please contact us and we will assess your request accordingly.
